Supaidā Raidā is a Japanese college student age 24 in 2023. He discovered a plot by an outlaw motorcycle gang to take over the amphetamine drug dealing business on his college campus. In the process of informing the special police taskforce, the gang caught him and injected him with, unknown to them, a super formula they were meant to be smuggling to their secret boss Professor Bloem. Instead, the drug was overdosed into the system of the man who would become Supaidā Raidā! The drug permanently boosted Shotoro's Fighting, Agility and Endurance as well as giving him the Regeneration power listed below.
After recovering in hospital and fighting off more gang members he was contacted by Professor Ishida Buraku, a man whose daughter had already fallen prey to the gang. Buraku sponsored Supaidā Raidā and bought for him the unique armor and motorcycle he now uses.

- ARMOR (World Class): Supaidā Raidā wears full body motorcycle riding leathers on top of which is ablative body armor and a full face helmet. The helmet is equipped with ESP (Decent), Mind Shield (Great) and the ability to see infrared and ultraviolet Special Vision (Great).

The mysterious Raidā Ekusu, anothe motorcycle riding hero, who is remarkably mysterious, dressed in a stylized grim reaper costume and riding a fiery Skeleton Motorcycle.
Limitations:
- Nebbish: out of costume and at university he is frequently bullied, ridiculed and mocked for being a lightweight, cowardly and dull person.
Notes:
Supaidā Raidā maintains a secret identity both to protect his loved ones but also so when he takes a much needed break he can do so with little fear of being hunted or hounded. When called into action he uses his Quick Dress Speciality to somehow get fully kitted out sitting on his bike in a single round. Don't ask me how I have no clue.
