Judo Girl is a go-go themed martial artist who operated in the 1960s and early 1970s with her brother Judo Boy. In 1972, she was frozen in suspended animation by her arch nemesis Captain Steel. She is awakened in 2002 through the actions of Atlas.

Judo Girl awakens as a woman-out-of-time who, despite her disorientation, is best qualified to stop the man who trapped her, her arch-foe Captain Steel. Many fights ensue.
